The Amazon, called the 'world's lungs', is the world's largest equatorial rainforest and accounts for 30% of the planet's existing forests. The rainforest ecosystem is very rich, but as most animal and plant activity takes place 20 to 40 meters above ground. Built on stilts, Ariau Jungle Tower is in this canopy layer where spectacular plants compete for sunshine and the majority of birds and monkeys live.
Enjoy the full comfort of this unique hotel. The lodge is located 3 hours upstream from Manaus (some tour operators utilize lodges just on the outskirts of Manaus!), where the only connection to civilization is by boat!
